Today Texas beat Miami, it was the first time they won the championships. A lot of the players have been waiting for this day for a long time, they're whole lives were surrounded by this one huge goal. So I have two questions. First - what is the biggest goal you have? Second - once you reach it what happens next?
I have a few goals right now. There are quite a few concerning forensics - final at Berkeley, win Nationals, you know, no big deal ;) I know I also want to break a 2000 on the SAT and get a 4.0 (unweighted) for my last year. I know I want to get a lot closer to God (less concerte of an end point, but you know how it is).
ReplyDeleteHowever, I can't really say what my BIGGEST goal is. Like I said in one of your earlier posts, I have accepted that I don't completely know God's entire plan for me at this point in my life, but i know He wants me to do everythig with passion and to the best of my ability to ensure my success. So I guess my biggest goal isn't really one that you can put in exact words - I think Ben summed it up pretty well with the final quote he wrote in everyone's yearbook, "Do what you love and do it honestly. Therein lies all happiness."
So I'm going to work hard, be honest, be passionate, and do it for God. Because therein, lies all happiness :)
